1、河南理工大学毕业设计说明书摘要因为花生需求的增加导致了花生种植面积增加,花生产量也在逐年增加。市面上的花生深加工产品也越来越多,将花生剥壳后深加工提高产品附加值。所以市面上的花生剥壳机也是越来越多。机器也是层次不齐,市面上花生剥壳机普遍存在的稳定性不好、不能适应条件不好环境和剥率较低等问题,所以设计了双辊式花生剥壳机。根据花生剥壳机剥壳部件的转速和功率,选择了皮带传动,电动机。然后再根据刮板半径设计转轴、半栅筛、箱体等零部件;本文首先介绍了剥壳机的国内发展现状及研究意义。其次,本文确定了花生剥壳机的整体方
