4、monicPowerAsinglecountryoralliancethatissodominantintheinternationalsystemthatitplaysthekeyroleindeterminingtherulesandnormsbywhichthesystemoperates.Itdominatesthesystemandhasacentralpositioninbothmakingandenforcingthenormsandmodesofbehavior.Hegemonisasynonymforahegemonicpower.RoleHowani

5、ndividual’spositioninfluenceshisorherthinkingoractions.Aprincipleofrightactionthatisbindingonmembersofagroupandthatservestoregulatethebehaviorofthemembersofthatgroup.ThewordisbasedontheLatinnorma,whichmeansacarpenter’ssquareoranaccuratemeasure.Normsarebasedoncustomandusageandmayalsobecom
