3、safeguardhumanhealthandpromotethesustainabledevelopmentofsocietyandeconomy,accordingtothe"People'sRepublicofChinawaterpollutionpreventionlaw"andotherrelevantlawsandregulations,withtheactualcity,theenactmentofthisact.SecondoftheurbansectionoftheriveristheDonglingDistrictDonglingbridgetoMoJiabaogate
4、andMantangRiver,themainstreamofHunheRiver,BaitaFortRiverYangGuanhe,WangJiahe,ZhangGuanheandotherrivertributary.CitywaterreferstotheNorthCanal,WeigongRiver,SouthCanalandriver(ring).Thethirdrivercityzoneandcitywatersystem(hereinafterreferredtoaswater)waterpollutionpreventionandcontrolofunifiedplanni
5、ng,comprehensiveremediationpolicy,adheretothepolluterpaysprinciple.Allunitsandindividualswithinthefourthwatersystemsshallcomplywiththesemeasures.Fifthmunicipalenvironmentalprotectionadministrativedepartmentsoftheriverwaterpollutionpreventionandcontrolworktoimplementunifiedsupervisionandmanagement.
6、Theadministrativedepartmentsforenvironmentalprotectionunderthevariousregionsshallexercisesupervisionandcontroloverthepreventionandcontrolofwaterpollutionwithintheirrespectivejurisdictions.Therelevantdepartmentsofthepeople'sgovernmentsatvariouslevelsshall,inaccordancewiththeirrespectivefunctionsand
