4、y.Crosssectionalprofile=MeniscusPURPOSEToevaluatevariationsinthicknessofendothelialgraftsforDSAEKsurgerydependentonbotheccentricityandmeridianorientationusinghighresolutionanteriorsegmentOCT(CASIA®,Tomey,Japan).MATERIALSandMETHODS20eyesof20patientswhounderwentDSAEKsurgerywereexamined.Fullanter
5、iorsegmentscanswerecapturedwithCASIA®OCT.Theopticalcentreofthecorneaandeightmeridians(0°,45°,90°,135°,180°,225°,270°and315°)wereanalyzedwiththeFLAPTOOL,thatallowedpreciseidentificationandmeasurementofendothelialgraftthickness.Flapthicknesswasmeasuredatthecenterandat1,5mmand3mmeccentricityalong
6、eachmeridian.ANALYSISDATAforeachanalyzedeye(20):Centralflapthickness8thicknessvaluesat1.5mmeccentricity8thicknessvaluesat3mmeccentricityDescriptiveanalysisofthicknessvalueswasperformedforeacheccentricity.Todescribethevariationinthicknessatagiveneccentricity,theSDofthecorrespondingeightmeasurem
7、entswascalculatedineveryeye.Casia®FlapTool:MeasurementofTotalCornealThickness+FlapthicknessTheopticalcenterofthecorneaandeightmeridians(0°,45°,90°,135°,180°,225°,270°and315°)wereanalyzedwiththeFLAPTOOL,thatallowedpreciseidentificationan
