2、了农村义务教育存在的经费不足、教师素质不高及教师队伍不稳定、办学条件差等问题，最后针对这些问题提出了进一步完善农村义务教育管理体制和财政机制，优化农村义务教育资源配置，提高农村义务教育等对策，为现有理论提供实证性的支持，为农村义务教育改革提供实践意见。关键词：农村义务教育；现状；对策AbstractRuraleducationisthekeytobuildinganewsocialistcountryside.Sincethereformandopeningup,China'sruralcompulsoryeducationhasmaderemarkableachievements,
