6、edetuningfrequenciesassoci2ticalpropertieshavedrawnwideattention.Itwasshownatedwiththeformationofbiexcitonsandbleachingofbytheearlierexperimentthattheintersubbandtransitionexcitons,respectively.AndfieldeffectontherefractiveinaconductionbandofquantumwellmayhavelargeindexinAlGaAsquantumwel
