1、我国民营企业公司治理结构问题研究北京理工大学硕士学位论文摘要现阶段我国民营经济已成为支撑和推动中国经济增长的重要力量,在整个国民经济的发展中占有越来越大的比重。民营经济的发展取决于民营企业的发展,但目前我国民营企业遇到了发展中较为严重的问题,即公司治理结构不完善,治理机制不健全。因此,完善公司治理结构是当前我国民营企业发展的核心问题。笔者在回顾和总结国内外公司治理研究的理论模型的基础上,以委托??代理理论、利益相关者理论、人力资本理论以及权力理论等为主要理论支撑,分析了我国民营企业公司治理结构存在的问题。并通过对创维公司的实证研究,剖析了我国民营企业应如何完善公司治理结
