1、外源SA对持续低温胁迫藜豆幼苗的生长及生理特性的影响学生:×××,江汉大学生命科学学院指导老师:×××,江汉大学生命科学学院摘要[目的]探讨外源SA在低温胁迫下对藜豆幼苗抗冷性的影响以及确定提高幼苗抗寒性适宜浓度。[方法]分别用5℃和10℃低温胁迫2叶一心的藜豆幼苗,观察植株生长的变化以及在10℃低温胁迫下,用0、1、2、3、4mmol/L的水杨酸喷藜豆幼苗叶片,预处理3天,观察对株高、鲜重等生长指标和对蛋白质、丙二醛、脯氨酸、膜透性等生理指标的影响。[结果](1)藜豆植株能忍受10℃的低温,而5℃的低温会使植株死亡;(2)10℃低温下,4mmol/L的S
2、A抑制幼苗的生长,而1、2、3mmol/L的SA对植株的株高和鲜重没有显著影响;(3)1-4mmol/L的SA预处理能提高藜豆幼苗叶片中的蛋白质含量,2-4mmol/L的SA能使游离脯氨酸含量增加;(4)1-4mmol/L的SA对反应膜稳定性的指标丙二醛含量和膜透性影响不大。[结论](1)5℃的低温使藜豆致死;(2)2-3mmol/L的外源SA可通过提高体内的蛋白质和脯氨酸含量来增强藜豆幼苗的抗冷性。关键词藜豆;低温胁迫;外源SA;抗冷性Effectsofexogenoussalicylicacidonthegrowthandphysiologicalch
