2、口570100)摘要:【目的】探讨不同浓度脱落酸(ABA)对低温胁迫下油棕幼苗生理的影响,为提高油棕种苗抗寒能力及进行抗寒栽培提供理论依据。【方法】在油棕幼苗期,于lo℃低温胁迫下喷施不同浓度ABA后,测定油棕幼苗叶片的可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、过氧化氢(H20:)和丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性等生理指标,分析油棕幼苗的抗寒性能。【结果】在10℃胁迫下喷施ABA,油棕幼苗叶片的可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量、质膜透性及脯氨酸、MDA和H20:含量均显著增加(P如.05
3、,下同),SOD和POD活性显著下降。喷施50.0—200.0i乩mol/LABA处理在降低幼苗质膜透性和SOD活性的同时,抑制了MDA和H202含量上升,能有效缓解低温胁迫引起的膜脂过氧化,并提高可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量和POD活性。【结论】低温胁迫下喷施ABA可提高油棕幼苗抗寒能力,以喷施200.0i山rnol/LABA的抗寒效果最佳。关键词:油棕;低温胁迫;ABA;生理代谢中图分类号:$565.9文献标志码:A文章编号:2095—1191(2016)07—1171—05Effectsofexogenous
