3、handarticlefifty-sixth,Japan'spostwarlegislation,andmeettheconditionsofstabilityandwell-beingoftheinternationalpracticeinpublicandprivatetradeandcommerce.InthelightofthefactthattheunionwelcomesJapan'sdeclarationofthewill,theLeagueofnationsandJapanhavedecidedt
