1、ZH1105柴油机连杆攻丝专机总体及主轴箱设计摘要:本课题设计了一台用于ZH1105柴油机连杆攻丝的组合机床。设计内容主要分为总体设计和主轴箱设计两部分。总体设计包括机床配置型式的确定、结构方案的选择以及“三图一卡”的绘制。组合机床对多孔钻削加工具有较大的优势,它按孔的坐标分布位置实行一次加工,保证了孔的坐标位置尺寸精度。作为组合机床专用部件的主轴箱,有成熟固定的设计模式:标准的主轴箱体、前后侧盖、主轴、传动轴、齿轴、轴承等,以及成熟的传动、布局、结构设计方法。该机床设计采用卧式单面攻螺纹的方案,加工和装配的工艺性好,零件装夹方便。部件设计主要包括绘制多轴箱设
