1、连杆螺栓孔铰削专机总体及主轴箱设计摘要:本课题来自恒力集团,柴油机连杆是需要大量生产的零件。为了高速、高效的完成连杆螺栓孔铰削加工及保证相应的加工尺寸精度,本课题设计了一种专用于连杆螺栓孔铰削加工的组合机床。该机床设计的重点分总体设计和零部件设计两部分。总体设计包括对连杆进行工艺分析、确定专机的配置型式和工件定位、夹紧方案;对各种切削参数进行计算,从而确定动力箱电机功率以及完成“三图一卡”的设计。根据总体设计要求对主轴箱进行设计,主要包括绘制原始依据图、确定主轴和齿轮、完成动力计算、设计传动系统、绘制主轴箱装配图和零件补充加工图。该机床采用液压滑台
