1、ZH1105柴油机连杆攻丝专机总体及夹具设计摘要:组合机床是以通用部件为基础,配以按工件特定形状和加工工艺设计的专用部件和夹具,组成的半自动或自动专用机床。本课题所设计的组合机床是用于ZH1105柴油机机体单面攻螺纹,提高了生产效率,降低加工成本。设计的内容包括总体设计和夹具设计。该组合机床用于加工柴油机机体连杆大端的2×M12×1.25-5H深18,一次装夹同时加工。总体设计包括机床配置型式的确定、结构方案的选择以及“三图一卡”的绘制。该机床设计采用卧式单面攻螺纹的方案,加工和装配的工艺性好,零件装夹方便。在夹具设计过程中,采用一面
