5、ofsolidtumors,caninducesterileinflammatoryprocesseswhichcanresultinmetastaticprogression.Liverischemiaandreperfusion(I/R)injury,aninevitableconsequenceofhepaticresectionofmetastases,hasbeenshowntofosterhepaticcaptureofcirculatingcancercellsandacceleratemetastaticgrowth.Effortstoreducethes
6、enegativeconsequenceshavenotbeenthoroughlyinvestigated.Dragreducingpolymers(DRPs)areblood-solublemacromoleculesthatcan,innanomolarconcentrations,increasetissueperfusion,decreasevascularresistanceanddecreasenear-wallmicrovascularconcentrationofneutrophilsandplateletstherebypossiblyreducing
