1、中国人血液淋巴细胞免疫表型参考值调查来源:17baba.com时间:2007-10-06字体:[大中小]收藏我要投稿 文章出处：朱敏转载请注明出处【摘要】目的建立健康中国成人血液淋巴细胞免疫表型分析参考值。方法用SimultestIMK-Lymphocyte试剂盒的荧光抗体对102例健康中国成人血液进行染色，以FACSort流式细胞仪进行分析，Simulset程序获取数据并分析结果，SPSS软件进行统计。结果18～65岁健康中国成人淋巴细胞参考值范围CD+3细胞是50%～84%（955～2860/
2、μl），CD-3CD+19细胞为5%～18%(90～560/μl)，CD+3CD+4细胞为27%～51%(550～1440/μl)，CD+3CD+8细胞为15%～44%(320～1250/μl)，CD-3、CD+16和/或CD+56细胞为7%～40%(150～1100/μl)，CD+3CD+4/CD+3CD+8比值为0.71～2.87。随着年龄增长CD+3CD+4细胞略有升高，CD+3CD+8细胞略有降低。NK细胞在大年龄组女性低于男性，且有统计学差异(P＜0.05)。与高加索人和美国人相比，中国人
3、的CD+3CD+8细胞和NK细胞(CD-3，CD+16和/或CD+56)的相对值(百分率)与绝对值均高，CD-3CD+19细胞和CD+3CD+4细胞仅相对值较低，但绝对值不少。CD+3CD+4/CD+3CD+8比值向低值漂移。结论种族、性别、年龄和环境因素可影响健康人淋巴细胞表型分布。ReferencevaluesonbloodlymphocyteimmunophenotypeinhealthyChineseadultZhuLihua,WangJianzhong,FirstHospital,Beij
