1、摘要摘要中小企业的融资困境，在世界范围内普遍存在的。在西方经济发达国家，由于完善的金融支持体系、活跃而发达的金融市场、健全的法律法规，使这一问题得到了较有效的缓解。而在我国当前特殊的经济体制发展阶段，由于国家金融支持体系尚不健全、相关的法律法规不完善、金融市场运作不规范、企业自身发展不足等原因，融资难的问题显得格外突出，并且已成为遏制我国中小企业发展的“瓶颈”。因此，研究我国中小企业融资困境并给出对策研究具有重要的理论意义与现实意义。本文就我国中小企业融资困境的现状及深层原因展开研究，并充分借鉴国内外在解决中小企业融资难这一问题上的先进经验和方法，结合我
2、国目前的经济特点及现状，尝试性地找出一些现实对策。以期能够对根本解决这一难题有所裨益，使我国中小企业真正摆脱融资的困境，从而在我国的国民经济中充分施展其独特的魅力，为我国的经济腾飞、民族振兴做出应有的贡献。关键词：中小企业,融资结构,融资渠道,融资效率目录ABSTRACTThefinancingdifficultiesofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesareprevalentintheworld.Inthewesterndevelopedcountries,duetoimprovethefinancialsupportsy
