3、March2018TheEconomistIntelligenceUnit,onbehalfofTemenos,surveyed400globalbankingexecutivesaboutthechallengesretailbanksexpecttofacebetweennowand2020,andthestrategiestheyaredeployinginresponse.Thesurveyrespondentsweregeographicallydiverse:25%weredrawnfromEurope,25%fromtheAsia-Pacificregionanda
4、lmost18%werefromNorthAmerica.Thisyear’ssurveyhadourhighesteverrepresentationfromemergingmarkets,withapproximately16%ofrespondentsfromLatinAmericaand16%fromAfricaandtheMiddleEast.Bysizeoftheiremployer,therespondentbaseisevenlysplit.HalfworkforparentgroupswithassetsoverUS$10bn,theotherhalfworkf
