1、上海交通大学硕士学位论文项目管理方法在公司航空发动机型号研制的应用姓名：尹才元申请学位级别：硕士专业：机械工程指导教师：林少培;刘青海20091101上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文摘要摘要项目管理方法是以系统工程理论为基础，以结构化的方法论为基点。本文针对公司航空产品研制的特点，分析了公司的生产现状及组织结构情况，在新机型号研制过程中运用项目管理方法，利用项目管理成熟度模型提高组织的项目管理成熟度。制定全面的项目管理计划，缩短研制周期，实现新机研制顺利转换进入批生产，满足用户需要。本文主要研究内容包括:1．

2、项目管理模式对比分析，建立适合公司特点的矩阵型项目管理模式。2．明确型号研制的管理范围，同时运用工作结构分解方法建立了型号研制的分解结构(WBS)，建立责任分配矩阵，通过CPM法确定关键路径。3．以网络计划为基础，制定型号项目进度计划，并对项目进度计划进行实施与控制，以求进度满足型号研制的要求。4．进行了项目风险分析，并制定了风险管理计划，同时将风险应对计划运用到生产计划制定与进度控制过程中。5．如何提高项目管理成熟度，实现新机一设计定型后，就能顺利批量生产，满足用户的需要。关键词：项目管理，矩阵管理，进度
