2、evantlaws，administrativeregulationsandtheAdministrationofChinaInternetDomainNamesProceduresinordertoresolveinternetdomainnamedisputes.Article2ThesePoliciesshallapplytothedisputesthatarisefromtheregistrationoruseofinternetdomainnames.Thedisputeddomainnamesshallb

3、elimitedtothe.CNdomainnamesandChinesedomainnameswhoseadministrationistheresponsibilityoftheChinaInternetNetworkInformationCenter.Article3DomainnamedisputesshallbeacceptedandresolvedbydisputeresolutioninstitutionsrecognizedbytheChinaInternetNetworkInformationCen

5、eresolutioninstitutionsshallimplementasystemwherebypanelsofexpertsarechargedwiththeresolutionofdisputes.Thepanelsofexpertsshallbecomposedofoneorthreeexpertswhohavemasteryofinternetandtherelevantlegalknowledge，possessahighsenseofprofessionalethicsandbecapableofr

6、enderingindependentandunbiasedawardsindomainnamedisputes.Thelistofexpertsthatareavailableforselectionbycomplainantsandrespondentsshallbepublishedonlinebythedomainnamedisputeresolutioninstitutions……Article5Anyinstitutionorindividualwhoconsidersthatadomainnamereg
