1、XX财经大学硕士学位论文我国民营企业人力资本投资研究姓名：申请学位级别：专业：劳动经济学指导教师：20--摘要　知识经济时代的到来，企业之间的竞争归根到底是人力资本的竞争。在人力资本投资的收益率大大超过了物质资本的投资收益率的前提下，人力资本投资问题就引起了企业的关注。　作为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分的民营企业，在面对国有企业压力和国外企业挑战的情况下，只有通过人力资本投资，才能有助于其获得企业的长远发展。　　　　　以美国为首的西方发达国家企业，应用现代人力资源管理方法，从人力资本投资的外在环境与内在机制上强化了对人力资本的投资，充分发挥了人力资本的效能

2、，促进了企业竞争力的加强。　　　　　尽管我国国有企业进行了各方面的改革，但在人力资本投资方面仍存在很大的问题。对国有企业人力资本投资存在问题的分析，将有助于我国民营企业的人力资本投资少走弯路。　在我国民营企业的发展过程中，相继产生了诸如苏南模式、“三城”模式、温州模式、珠江三角洲模式、中关村模式等具有地方特色的民营经济发展模式，并形成了与该模式相对应的人力资本投资特点。由于我国的民营企业成长具有独有的历史和背景，因此也就产生了不同于发达国家企业及我国国有企的人力资本投资问题。　本文在发达国家人力资本投资经验借鉴以及国有企业存在问题的基础上，分析了其对民营企业
