1、青岛理工大学学士学位论文摘要工程实施阶段的索赔所涉及的内容是十分广泛的，特别是国际工程，它们是综合性极强的系统性工程，应从系统论的观点出发，将索赔管理置于整个项目管理的大系统中，从合同管理、计划管理、成本管理和文档管理等四个方面分析索赔与项目管理的关系，有助于承包商从系统工程的角度去理解和进行索赔管理。承包商进行索赔分析、管理，提出有效地索赔要求，其主要目的是为了获得索赔补偿，避免不应有的损失，保护自身的权益。索赔作为工程实施阶段的重要环节，其成败与否，对承包商意义重大，它直接关系到承包商经营的成败得失，直接影响到承包商的经济效益。在国际承包市场上，对绝大多数工程，业主
2、都会采取选用某种标准合同条件的方法，并在此基础上与承包商签订承包合同。因此，国际惯例及所选用的某种标准合同条件都是承包商进行索赔的依据和基础。本文主要分析了FIDIC合同条件中施工索赔存在的问题、施工索赔的风险。本论文所研究的内容，为承包商合理进行施工索赔，提高索赔的成功概等方面提供了一些可行的方法和建议。关键词：国际工程；施工索赔；索赔问题；风险管理；FIDIC合同条件青岛理工大学学士学位论文AbstractThecontentinvolvedofclaimforconstructionstageoftheprojectisveryextensive,especial
