2、据形式——鉴定意见，兼具着科学性和法律性。然而，长期以来文件检验学的研究大多站在物证技术的角度，缺少从法律角度去看待文件检验的人。这样就导致实务中的文件检验技术人员的鉴定工作往往不能满足诉讼的要求，发挥不了应有的证明作用。笔者的这篇论文，就是从技术和法律的双重视角，来探讨文件检验中的相关术语的内涵和外延，希望给文检学带来不同的声音，给文件检验的理论研究尽一份自己的力量。本论文讨论了“文件”、“可疑文件”、“文件检验”、“文件检验学”、“文书鉴定”等术语，还对文件检验的作用、任务、研究对象、一般原理、常用方
