1、昆山时代文化家园二期工程地下车库专项施工方案一、基础概况1.1工程总概况昆山时代文化家园（二期）工程,位于江苏省昆山市萧林路。项目总建筑面积约86390m2,其中封闭式地下车库4个，敞开式地下车库2个。根据楼号的建筑，分4个车库编号1.21#、2#楼之间1#车库；4#、5#楼之间2#车库；6#、7#楼之间3#车库；9#、10#楼之间4#车库。14#、15#楼，11#、12#楼之间2个敞开式地下车库。（暂未出图）设计车库屋顶标高±0.000相当于绝对标高+3.80m，为现浇钢筋混凝土框架（空心楼盖
