1、龙元建设集团有限公司珠影文体广场一期工程土方开挖方案地下车库土方开挖施工方案1、地质概况根据建材广州地址工程勘察院提供的岩土工程勘察报告，本工程基础范围主要为淤泥质粘土、粉土和砂土。2、工程概况肇庆大旺珠影文体广场一期工程由肇庆珠影文体产业投资有限公司建设开发。工程位于肇庆市高新园区，南临工业大街，西临体育场西路，东临体育场东路，北侧为市民广场，建筑面积为169588.77平方米，本工程建设层数为1＃~8#楼30层地下一层，10＃楼25层地下一层，11#楼24层地下一层。基础采用预应力管桩，自然地坪相当于设计标高－1

2、.500m左右，基础底标高为－6.100m～－10.600m等多种标高，开挖深度为－4.60m～－9.10m等。3、土方开挖施工准备⑴、测量放线及测量桩点的保护a、基坑开挖之前，场内所有的红线桩及建筑物的定位桩必需经过校验。明确在桩基施工阶段红线桩及定位桩是否产生移位，若有移位应会同规划、设计、建设单位研究处理方案。b、对场边道路及场内的临时设施做好定位标记，以备观测。c、在基坑开挖前，根据施工图纸、建筑轴线位置放出土方开挖放坡边线。d、constructionworkareaintheformofconferenc
