2、保持排水排污系统管道畅通等。①中心各部门应协同配合。②建立环境卫生保洁制度和专职清洁工管理制度，明确岗位职责。③加强宣传教育，在师生中形成自觉维护整洁、优美环境的文明习惯和良好风气。 资产管理 1、公用房的使用管理。①公用房的分配，由后勤部门按学校意见安排。②公共用房和专用房屋，如食堂、专用教室、室内活动室、会议室、仓库等，由使用部门负责管理。③集体活动的公共用房，由使用部门制定制度，并负责管理。④教职工集体宿舍由后勤部门管理。入住教职工应遵守学校有关制度，theneighbouringfrequenc
