3、orkeepsonspeakingforfiveortenminutes.aTwoSpecialFeaturesGenerallyspeaking,therearetwospecialfeaturesinnote-takingforthepurposeofinterpreting.First,thepurposeofnote-takingininterpretingistosupplementmemoryefficiency,soastoensureaccuracyinwork.Thismeans,thoughhighlynecessary,theimpo
4、rtanceofnote-takingshouldnotbeoveremphasized.Aninterpretermustrealizefromtheverybeginningofhistrainingthatitisalwaysmemoryonthebasisofcorrectcomprehensionthatplaysthemajorroleinensuringaccuracyininterpreting,notnote-taking.Second,theinterpreter’snotesareessentiallyindividualinchar
