1、中国肛肠病杂志2008.10（4）奥沙拉嗪钠加复方黄柏液涂剂保留灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎的疗效观察浙江省绍兴第二医院（浙江绍兴312000）艾卫民浙江省嵊州市剡湖街道中心卫生院（浙江嵊州312400）黄培余摘要[目的]以奥沙拉嗪钠口服，复方黄柏液涂剂保留灌肠，以及奥沙拉嗪钠加复方黄柏液涂剂保留灌肠各一组。观察治疗慢性结肠炎的疗效及复发率.。[方法]采用随机，双盲对照设计进行临床试验。奥沙拉嗪钠组27例，500㎎/次,3次/d，口服；复方黄柏液涂剂组29例，每晚1次,每次100ml，保留灌肠；复合组30例，用奥沙拉嗪钠口服和复方黄柏液涂剂保留灌肠同时进行，剂量和方法同前两组，三组疗程均
2、为30天。[结果]奥沙拉嗪钠组27例；30天后显效13例，有效8例，无效6例，总有效率77.8%，复发7例（25.9%）；复方黄柏液涂剂组29例；30天后显效9例，有效13例，无效7例，总有效率77.86%，复发12例（41.3%）；复合组30例：30天后显效21例，有效8例，无效1例，总有效率96.67%，复发1例（3.33%）。经统计学处理，三组间交叉对比分别为×2=0.014、×2=3.92、×2=4.68。前两组间总有效率无统计学意义（P＞0.05）, 奥沙拉嗪钠组和复方黄柏液涂剂组与复合组间总有效率差异显著（P＜0.05），疗效显著。关键词；慢性结肠炎，奥沙拉嗪钠、复
