1、集美大学JIMEIUNIVERSITY毕业论文题目　交通肇事逃逸行为独立犯罪化问题研究交通肇事逃逸行为独立犯罪化问题研究［摘要］随着人类文明的不断发展，日新月异的交通运输业为我国的现代化建设起到了积极的推动作用，但也带来了一些问题。交通事故的频发，严重威胁着国民经济的健康发展，特别是行为人的在交通肇事后的逃逸行为，不仅使事故责任的认定产生了很大的困难，对人民的生命财产安全更是造成了不可挽回的损失。但是，我国的法律以及司法解释只是将逃逸行为作为交通肇事罪的加重情节，这明显不利于对交通肇事逃逸行为抑制。再者，逃逸行为相对于交通肇事罪来说具有更为严重的社会危害，具有独立
