3、aterialthathasbeenstoredinarelativelycoldroomtoadaptslowlytothetemperatureintheprocessingroom-donotopenthepackagesuntiltheextruderisheatedandreadyforproduction-alwaysfeedtheentirecontentsofoneormorebagsintothehopperandclosethehoppertightlyimmediately-donotrefillthehopperuntilthere
4、isroomfortheentirecontentsofabag-alwaystrytorefillthehoppertothetop-ensurethatthehopperisnotlargerthannecessaryinordertolimitresidencetimeofthematerialDrying:Forcriticalextrusionoperationssuchasmonofilaments,profilesandvacuumcalibratingtubeswithsmalltolerances,dryingthegranulatein
5、adesiccantdryertoassureaconstantmoisturelevelisrecommended.Thehopperofthedryershouldpreferablybemounteddirectlyontheextruder.Thegranulesmustbedriedforatleast3hourspriortoprocessingat90°Cto105°C.Incaseswherebagshavebeenexposedtotheambientairforlong,pleasefollowthechartshownforbestr
