2、高系统各液压设备的可靠性。液压起货机液压系统常见的故障有以下几种系统没有压力或压力不足,工作部件运行时爬行,系统有噪声和振动,工作机构的运行速度不够,系统泄漏严重,非正常发热和动作不能实现等。本文用了功率流的故障诊断方法,它与逻辑分析相结合,能大大提高液压系统故障诊断的快速性和准确性,可广泛利用于船舶液压系统的故障诊断方面。通过对液压起货机的故障分析得出除个别故障属设计缺陷所造成之外,绝大部分故障与液压油的污染或日常维护管理不善有关。所以,提高液压系统中油液的清洁度,建立必要的维护管理体系,提高维护管理人员
