4、特制订本方案。二、工作思路本着“写字育人”，促学生良好习惯养成的目的，确定以下工作思路：1．全校教职工高度重视，达成共识，从促进学校内涵发展及学生终生发展的高度来认识特色创建工作。并通过宣传，引导家长和学生认识写好字的重要意义。通过家校互动、家校携手共促写字教学质量稳步提高。2．立足校本教研，加强写字教学研讨，科学提高练字实效；采用灵活多样的形式，激发师生练字的主动性、积极性。3．遵循教育规律，指导学生掌握科学的写字方法。如正确的坐姿，正确的执笔用笔方法、正确的笔画书写、正确的间架结构，每次练习的数量等。4．习惯养成贵在坚持，写字教学
