5、w;and,wherepossible,showschangesovertime.Itsumsupthecurrentsituation,andgivesussomeideaofwhereweneedtoheadinthenextfivetotenyears.Itisastartingpointfromwhichcancercontrolworkforceplanningcanprogress.Thestocktakecollatesexistinginformationandanalysisonthecapacity,capability,trainin
