3、vantprovisionsofthe"measures"toformulatelocalregulationsofGuangzhouCity,withtheactualcity,theenactmentofthisapproach.ArticlesecondtheseMeasuresshallapplytotheformulation,revisionandrepealofthelocalregulations,annualplans,projects,proposals,demonstrationsandconfirmationoftheworkoftheGuan

4、gzhoumunicipality.TheThirdLegislativeAffairsCommitteeoftheStandingCommitteeofthepeople'sCongressisthecomprehensiveworkdepartmentofthelocalregulationsofthisMunicipality,andtheotherworkinginstitutionsoftheStandingCommitteeoftheMunicipalPeople'sCongressshallassistandcooperateinaccordancewi
