3、,CSA)issleepdisorderedbreathing(Sleepdisordered,breathing,SDB)alossgeneratedduringthesuctionprocessduetothefailureoftheshortcentralrespiratoryrhythm,obstructivesleepdisorderandexpiratorypause(OSA)onthecontrary.CSAandOSAarecommoninpatientswithseverechronicheartfailure,andstu
4、dieshaveshownthatCSAisassociatedwithasignificantprognosisforheartfailure,whereasOSAisnot.CSAandCHFarereciprocalcausation,aviciouscycle,whichseriouslyaffectstheprognosisofpatients.ThisreviewsummarizesthemechanismsofactionofCSAandCHF,theclinicalsymptomatictreatmentofCSA,andth
