1、基于标杆管理的A公司绩效评价体系设计作者姓名：古洁毓专业班级：201107060314指导教师：韩晓红摘要高速变化的外部环境，新科技的运用以及客户不断变化的需求，在我国经济发展增速平稳的大背景下，越来越多的企业感觉力不从心，如何更好提升企业的核心竞争力，才能让企业立于不败之地。在过去的十年，随着房地产行业的迅猛发展，一大批房地产物业管理公司也随之成立，但是，在近两年的房地产趋于平稳的发展，以及国家对于房地产行业的政策管理，物业管理公司发展出现波动，这就要求企业不断提高管理和服务水平，把握大环境的动态，才能不被环境淘汰。绩效管理是人力资源管理的
