1、中国石油化工股份有限公司加油站规范化管理考评细则说明一、本细则依据《加油站管理长效机制总体思路》及《加油站管理规范》制定,包含十个方面。二、本细则设定满分为1000+100分,各方面分值,规范化服务120分、站容站貌120分、经营管理120分、财务管理120分、数质量管理120分、接卸管理80分、安全管理120分、设备管理100分、其它100分、附加100分。三、本细则采用扣分制,考评时依据各条目扣分标准进行扣分;附加,为考核加油站上级公司的内容,所得分值另加在被考评的加油站分值上。四、各方面的考评内
