2、脂、血压、腰臀比(WHR)、身高、体重，同时了解心脑血管事件情况。结果(1)该社区DM的患病率为8．680A，IGT为9．02；(2)随着年龄的增加，糖代谢异常的患病率增加；(3)不同的糖代谢状态下血压、血脂、肥胖的患病率不同，心脑血管事件因例数少而未显示统计学差异；(4)在DM人群中除低HDI外，其他大血管合并症的患病与性别无关，而在非DM人群中有性别差异；(5)50岁以下组女性高血压、血脂紊乱、心脑血管事件的患病率均低于5O岁以上组女性。结论该社区人群具有较高的DM和IGT患病率。糖代谢异常的人群伴发血脂紊乱、高
