1、乌鲁木齐市汉族人群中糖尿病及其部分大血管合并症的患病率调查?242?中尿病鍪志2004年第12卷第4期ChinJDiabetes,August2004,Vol12,N04乌鲁木齐市汉族人群中糖尿病及其部分大血管合并症的患病率调查王薇彬谢自敬朱筠阿不力克木曾小云张明琛?临床论着?【摘要】目的了解乌鲁木齐市糖尿病(DM)及其部分大血管合并症的患病率.方法通过对新疆乌鲁木齐市的一个社区汉族居民的调查,根据口服糖耐量试验(OGTT)结果将人群分为糖耐量正常(NGT)组,空腹血糖受损(IFG)组,糖耐量受损(IGT)组和DM组
2、,并测定血脂,血压,腰臀比(WHR),身高,体重,同时了解心脑血管事件情况.结果(1)该社区DM的患病率为8.680A,IGT为9.02;(2)随着年龄的增加,糖代谢异常的患病率增加;(3)不同的糖代谢状态下血压,血脂,肥胖的患病率不同,心脑血管事件因例数少而未显示统计学差异;(4)在DM人群中除低HDI外,其他大血管合并症的患病与性别无关,而在非DM人群中有性别差异;(5)50岁以下组女性高血压,血脂紊乱,心脑血管事件的患病率均低于5O岁以上组女性.结论该社区人群具有较高的DM和IGT患病率.糖代谢异常的人群伴发血
