5、srangingfrom35:1to144:1(Basta~resistant:sensitiveplants)intheirprogenies.Infiveoutoftenoriginaltransgeniclines,bargenecanbestablytransmittedasadominantgenetoself-pollinatedT2progeny.ThehomozygoteswereobtainedinthreetransgeniclinesinT1generationregardlessofthemulti—ple—copyintegrationpatternsof
6、bargene.Southernblottinganalysisshowedthatmultiplecopiesofbargenecassettewerelinked,whichformedtransgenearraysinthehostricegenome.Theauthorsalsoobservedstabletransmissionofintegrationpatternsofbargenecassette,asobtainedfromSouthernblottinganalysis,intheregularlysegregatedtransgenicricelinesand
