1、磁法检测合金钢有限元分析摘要:合金钢具有优良的特性,在航空、航天、铁道等部门具有广泛的应用前景。由此,对合金钢材料的无损检测的研究就具有非凡的意义。地磁场分布广泛,在实践中有着方便简单无污染的特点。随着科技的发展以及仿真软件研究的加深,地磁场在软件模拟层面上有着实质的使用。本文正是在这一背景下通过Ansys软件分析研究合金钢在地磁场环境下的3D静磁场。首先用Ansys软件建立合金钢模型,施加相同的约束条件。在实验过程中将地磁场分别均匀的施加于合金钢材料上,使用通用后处理器对实验数据进行计算。在建立模型时,改变缺陷的尺寸,观察缺陷尺寸改变后磁感应强度的变化情况。通过分析可知,随着缺陷深宽比的增
