1、AbstractMagnetictestingtechnologyhasbeenwidelyusedinferromagneticmaterialstestingfieldwithitsadvantagesofdetectionspeedandsimpleoperation,butthecurrentresearchlargelyconfinedtotheorientationandquantitativeofdefects,andthequalitativeaspectsinthedefectanalysisforless.T
2、hispaperrealizesthetwoandonehalfdimensionfieldsourceimagingusingtheimagingtechnologyandthemethodanalyticalcontinuation,andmakesthemagnetictestinghavetheadvantageofvisualization,sowe'lltalkaboutthequantitativeandqualitativetodefectonthatbasis.Thispaperaccordingtothean
3、alysisofmagneticfieldtheory,fromtheangleoftransformationofgravityandmagnetic,expoundtotheformulaeofmagneticfieldpatternofthesphere,cylinder,cuboiddefectsect.andmadenewelaborationsignaltomagneticanomalyofdefects;Inmagneticanomalydataprocessing,Thispaperrealizesthetwoa
4、ndonehalfdimensionfieldsourceimagingUsingthedownwardcontinuationandmulti-channelmagneticmethoddetector;theQ235steelswiththedefectsofthelevelcylinderandtheuprightcylindersandcuboidareinspectedandvalidated,andtheresultshowsthat:themagneticanomalymeasuredcurveoftheinhom
5、ogeneousdefectsidenticalwithoreticalanalysis,imagingresultsnotonlycanaccuratelyreflectdefectsposition,andcanbettermakethequantitativeandqualitativeanalysisfortheaboveseveraldefectsizeandshape;Intheendofthispaper,theburiedpipelinewithcorrosiondefectsandgroovedefectdet
6、ectionimagesshow:inthetestplane1.2mfromthepipe,Thismethodnotonlycaneffectivelydetectthelargedefectsofcorrosiondepthfor2mm,anddetectioneffectmoreapparentforthesmallareacorrosiondefectsforcorrosiondepth5mm;thedetectionofthepipelinewithgroovedefectsresultsshowthat:thism
