2、edevelopednationalorindustryoncarseatsafetyperformancetoensurethatthevariousregulationsandstandards,suchastheUnitedStatestoenforcelawsandregulationsoftheFederalMotorVehicleSafety(FMVSS)andindustrialandcommercialequipmentmanufacturersassociation(BIFMA)andothernon-mandatorylawsandregula
3、tions,anddevelopedawiderangeofspecialtestequipment.China'sseatsafetystandardsandregulationsthatrefertoforeignlawsandregulationsdrawnup.Comparativestudyabroad,thesituationofcarseats,duetoalatestartinChina'sautomobileindustry,thedesignofseatworkbackward.Strictlyspeaking,theseatofourstud
4、ywasfromthe20thcentury,thebeginningoftheeighties.Experienced20yearsofdevelopment,currentlyhasalotofseatmanufacturers.Withtheadvantagesofjointventures,someofthemwiththedesignandproductiontechnology,butmainlyrelyonforeignforces,theirowndesignandR&Dtoremainattheearlystage.Behindthedesign
5、approachishinderedresearchanddevelopmentofChina'sseatofanimportantfactor.Atpresent,manydomesticmanufacturersoftheseatsisstillthelinkageoftraditionalmodesofproduction,resultinginthedesignofhighcostandlongdevelopmentcycle.Oncethequalityofproductsandunqualified,theblindtendtotakegreaterd
6、iameter,wallthicknessorthethicknessofthesolution,ratherthanfromtheperspectiveofimprovingtheoverallstructuretomodifythedesign.Althoughthisapproachenablestheweakpartoftheperformanceoftheseathaschanged,butthestrengthandstiffnesswillseatlargemargin,resultinginunnecessarywasteofmaterials,p
