2、ofstrengtheningthesafetymanagementofgeneticallymodifiedorganismsinagriculture,ensuringthesafetyofhumanhealth,thesafetyofanimalsandplantsandmicroorganisms,protectingtheecologicalenvironmentandpromotingthestudyofgeneticallymodifiedorganismsinagriculture.Articlesecondthestudy,te
3、sting,production,processing,operationandimportandexportactivitiesofagriculturalgeneticallymodifiedorganismswithintheterritoryofthePeople'sRepublicofChinashallcomplywiththeseregulations.Theterm"agriculturalgeneticallymodifiedorganisms"asmentionedintheseRegulationsreferstotheus
4、eofgeneticengineeringtechnologytoalterthecompositionofthegenome,tobeusedforagriculturalproductionorprocessingofagriculturalproducts,plants,microorganismsandtheirproducts,mainlyincluding:third:(I)transgenicanimalsandplants(includingseeds,seeds,livestock,aquaticfingerlings)andm
5、icroorganisms;(two)geneticallymodifiedanimalsandplantsandmicrobialproducts;(three)directprocessingofgeneticallymodifiedagriculturalproducts;(four)seedscontaininggeneticallymodifiedanimalsandplants,microorganismsorcomponentsoftheirproducts,livestockandpoultry,aquaticproducts,p
6、esticides,veterinarydrugs,fertilizersandadditivesandotherproducts.Theterm"geneticallymodifiedorganismsinagriculture"asmentionedintheseRegulationsreferstothedangerorpotentialriskposedbyagriculturalgeneticallymodifiedorganismstohumanbeings,animalsandplants,microorganismsandthee
7、cologicalenvironment.FourththeadministrativedepartmentofagricultureundertheStateCouncilshallberesponsibleforthesupervisionandadministrationofthesafetyofagriculturalgeneticallymodifiedorganismsinchina.Theadministrativedepartmentsofagricultureofthelocalpeople'sgovernmentsatorab
