1、论醉酒犯罪案件的侦审策略中文摘要醉酒犯罪案件是指因饮酒过量而导致精神过度兴奋甚至神志不清的情况下实施了刑法所禁止的危害行为之一的案件。犯罪类型较为集中，酒后犯罪案件多集中在交通肇事、故意伤害、寻衅滋事、强奸、抢劫等类型上犯罪；犯罪情节恶劣、危害后果严重；酒后犯罪形式多表现为冲动性侵犯他人人身；罪犯的文化程度较低。罪犯的身份多为农民、无业人员、工人。但是现实办案过程中，由于侦查人员对醉酒犯罪案件的侦查审理策略缺乏理论依据和实践经验，这给防止醉酒案件发生和打击醉酒犯罪案件形成了一道难以越过的鸿沟。因而，研究醉酒犯罪案件的侦审策略，能使侦查人员在办理醉酒犯罪
