2、文首先介绍了产业、产业结构调整及产业政策的概念及相关理论，从产业结构的角度解读石家庄工业结构的现状，接着通过因子分析法和聚类分析法对石家庄工业结构进行了深层次的研究，分析石家庄市工业行业的优势与不足。然后，运用层次分析法对石家庄工业各个行业进行了主导产业和优势产业的选择与分析，剖析石家庄工业结构的内在特征。在此基础上，按照新时期对工业结构调整政策的要求，提出了石家庄工业结构优化升级的政策建议。本文旨在为石家庄市培育壮大主导产业和优势产业，加快工业结构优化升级，增强工业的竞争优势提供科学的指导和建议，同时也为地方产业结构调整提供参考。关键词工业结构调整因子
