1、液压带锯式切断机毕业设计成都理工大学毕业设计(论文)液压钢管割断机设计摘要本设计是以双金属锯条锯切金属材料的设备,具有结构紧凑、精度高、锯缝窄、噪声小、操作方便等优点,是替代圆盘锯、弓锯床的节能新产品。本次设计在参照“四川川南减震集团”的卧式带锯床(晟龙G4028)的基础上进行了改进。用液压马达取代齿轮变速箱,由液压马达驱动机床主轴,使锯带实现无级变速,以切断各种材质型材。我设计了锯条张紧及导向机构,工件夹紧机构,送料机构,自动卸料机构;卸料机构的创新使成品件自动排出而不损伤工件表面;并让夹紧、卸料和进给都采用同一动力源——液压能,使各个
