1、液压带锯式切断机的设计某学校液压传动带锯式切断机作者姓名:XX专业名称:XX指导老师:XX某学校摘要本设计是以双金属锯条锯切金属材料的设备,具有结构紧凑、精度高、锯缝窄、噪声小、操作方便等优点,是替代圆盘锯、弓锯床的节能新产品。本次设计在参照“四川川南减震集团”的卧式带锯床(晟龙G4028)的基础上进行了改进。用液压马达取代齿轮变速箱,由液压马达驱动机床主轴,使锯带实现无级变速,以切断各种材质型材。我们设计了锯条张紧及导向机构,工件夹紧机构,送料机构,自动卸料机构;卸料机构的创新使成品件自动排出而不损伤工件表面;并让夹紧、卸料和进给都采用同一动力源——液压能,使各个机构的运动协调统一,
