2、多的人力物力资源，不拘泥与传统的各种活动都需要小区物业管理员进行通知，收费等。本文采用web应用程序(B/S)模式，结合ASP.NET开发技术，运用开发工具为MicrosoftVisualStudio并使用SQLServer设计小区物业管理数据库，采用三层架构以及javascript技术开发了新城小区物业管理系统。系统分为前台主要包括了首页，登陆功能，查询功能，搜索功能，后台信息管理功能。首页功能有各种小区的信息，管理员登陆，普通用户登陆，普通用户登陆后可以进行新闻，欠费，投诉的查询和添加，管理员登陆后可以进行各种信息的增删
