1、学校儿童安全工作组促进项目实施方案儿童是祖国的未来，学校是培英育栋的摇篮。学校儿童安全不仅关系到千家万户的幸福，更关系到社会的和谐稳定和民族的复兴。建设安全社区，保障学生儿童健康成长，成为时代的要求和落实素质教育的目标之一。文昌街道辖区现有长清一中、长清中学两处高中，在校生人；实验中学、长清一中初中部、街道中心中学、杨庄中学四处初中，在校生人；长清实验小学、石麟小学、街道中心小学等九处小学，在校生人；实验幼儿园、街道中心幼儿园等41处，在园幼儿人；其中私立幼儿园37处，在园幼儿人，占90%。随着城区的飞
2、速发展，人口越来越多。人流、车流、物流密集，交通堵塞，居民安全意识差，易发生伤害事故；饮食方面，大量三无产品进入，学生存在饮用生水，到无证餐点吃饭等现象。辖区全部中学及90%的幼儿园有食堂，是极易发生饮食安全事故的处所，饮食安全成为中小学幼儿园安全工作的重点。当前，眼睛视力不良率逐年增多，并出现向低年级甚至幼儿园发展的趋势，学生及幼儿摔伤、碰伤、磕伤运动伤害增多，为落实“安全第一，预防为主，无险防险，常抓不懈”lowrotor,untilrotorofweightbysteamendslidingblo
