1、哈东站站端头旋喷桩加固试桩方案一、试桩目的1、检测高压旋喷桩在不同地层的完整性及不同的参数对完整性的影响;2、检测高压旋喷桩在不同地层的成桩半径及不同的试桩参数对成桩半径的影响;3、检测高压旋喷桩在不同地层的无侧限抗压强度及不同的试桩参数成桩强度的影响;4、检测高压旋喷桩在不同地层相互咬合是否结合良好。二、工程概述哈尔滨地铁一号线土建9标盾构盾构区间从哈东站站始发,哈东站始发端头维护结构为800mm地连墙。盾构始发端头水文地质情况较差,为保证盾构始发安全,需对始发端头进行加固处理。本标段哈东站始发端头拟采
2、用三重管高压旋喷桩+冷冻施工措施进行端头加固。高压旋喷桩加固范围为:纵向从车站维护结构延隧道轴线方向10m;东端横向为隧道开挖断面两侧向外3m范围内,西端横向为隧道开挖断面两侧向外2m范围内;东端竖向为隧道开挖断面两侧向外3m范围内,西端竖向为隧道开挖断面两侧向外2m范围内。三、施工参数及施工工艺根据成桩经验,针对试桩目的特拟本施工方案。1、桩位选择在加固区域内做5根试桩,每根试桩采用不同的施工参数。试桩位置关系按照旋喷桩施工方案中桩间距布置。试A:在上行线隧道中线南侧,距隧道中线60cm,距车站维护结构
